What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email, delivery address and the contents of your order.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. Full card numbers never touch our servers and we never store them.
- Enquiries. What you send us, including any photographs attached to an identification question.
- Automatic data. Server logs, the contents of your cart (stored in your own browser), and with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns — contract.
- To answer your questions, including identification enquiries — contract and legitimate interests.
- To detect fraud, including stolen-card testing at checkout — legitimate interests.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
- To measure our website and advertising — consent, withdrawable at any time.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Photographs you send us
We keep identification photos only as long as needed to answer you, and delete them within 12 months. We will not publish a photograph you sent us without asking first.
Who we share with
Our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider and our accountants — each only to the extent needed. We disclose information to law enforcement where legally required.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, for tax purposes. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability, and may object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Where state law grants additional rights, including opting out of sale or sharing, we honour them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payment capture is delegated to a PCI-compliant processor.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and our products are not intended for use by children.
